16. Maintenance
16.1. Manufacturer, authorized service centers
WARNING
Only the manufacturer and its authorized service centers may perform:
− Repairs
− Modifications
− Replace modules
− Open the device
The legal warranty shall apply. It expires if the customer performs measures on the device that
are only permitted to be performed by the manufacturer and it’s authorized Service Centers.
The following measures may be performed by the operator (by skilled personnel):
− Opening/closing the antenna to use the service USB interface and CFast slot.
− Opening/closing the battery pocket to replace the battery pack
− Replace the integrated keyboard of the DLT-V7210 K, KD
16.2. Replacing the integrated keyboard of the DLT-V7210 K, KD
If necessary, the integrated keyboard of the DLT-V7210 K, KD can be removed and replaced by a new
keyboard (only by skilled personnel).
WARNING
Hazardous voltage, electric shock from contact with live parts.
To prevent an electric shock:
 Switch off the device before replacing the integrated keyboard.
 Disconnect the device from the power supply.
 Disconnect connected accessories.
ATTENTION: Physical damage
Preventing damage to the device.
 Observe the applicable ESD and accident prevention regulations.
 The work may only be performed in an ESD-protected, clean environment.
 ESD protective mats must be installed on the floor and on the worktable.
 The installer must also wear ESD shoes and clothing
