- Description of your peripheral attachments
- Description of your software (operating system, version, application
software, etc.)
- A complete description of the problem
- The exact wording of any error messages

Before installing your board, make sure that the following materials have
been received:
• Warranty certificate
• Software Supporting CD-ROM
• 6P-6P-6P 20cm KB and PS/2 Mouse Y cable (P/N: 1700060202)
• DIN-rail mounting accessory (P/N: 1997001110, 1997001120,
1997001130,
1997001140)
If any of these items are missing or damaged, contact your distributor or
sales representative immediately.
