(cr) is the terminating character, carriage return (0Dh).

response: >+80.01(cr)
The command requests the RTD input module in slot
3 of the ADAM-5000/TCP system at address 01h to
return the input value of channel 0. The RTD input
module responds that the input value of channel 0 is
+80.01° C.
