Card Provisioning Menu
The Card Provisioning menu (see Figure 5-49) is used to set the service state of the main
circuit board card. The default value for the Card Service State is Out of Service-Maintenance.
Changes to this service state are reflected on all 24 ports.

The Card Provisioning menu options are shown in Table 5-50.

Option Description Function
1 Service State This option is used to select the card service state. The
available service states are as follows:
• In Service – The SHDSL services are available, if
installed, and Link Down and Threshold alarms are
reported.
• Out of Service-Unassigned – No SHDSL services are
available. No Link Down and Threshold alarms are
reported.
• Out of Service-Maintenance – SHDSL services are
available. No Link Down and Threshold alarms are
reported.
2 Restore Factory Defaults This option displays the “Restore Factory Defaults
Screen” on page 5-70.
