3. Select the members of the new DBN directory using the check boxes and select Apply. The shift

key can be used to select a range of members.

4. Optional. Add an alias for specified directory member(s) by selecting the member(s) and then Add

Aliases

. Aliases are helpful when a member is known by several names. For example, Mary Joe

Barns may only be known as MJ to callers using the directory to reach her extension.

5. Enter the alias for the member and select Apply.
