Call Coverage
The Call Coverage tab of the Edit User menu displays the call coverage settings for a particular user. If
the user has been assigned to a call coverage list, you can view the settings on this page. You can also
customize the selected call coverage list only for this user account. Use the question mark symbol to assist
with the configuration settings.
When creating a custom list, multiple actions can be set to occur. For example, in Figure 12, station
extension 2013 is set to ring four times before rolling to extension 2001. The active call will then ring
extension 2001 twice before continuing to the next action (Go to Auto Attendant). Call coverage can also
be set for each of the system modes in the same manner as shown in Figure 12. If system modes are
defined, the extension will apply the call coverage during the times specified.
