Combining recording, security events, video intelligen

functionalities, Ocularis, OnSSI's flagship product, is an open-architecture,
non-proprietary, video-centric PSIM (physical security information management)
solution platform that allows you to view, manage, and record video from an
unlimited number of IP and non-IP video surveillance cameras. Ocularis enables you
to manage short and long term video storage, and correlate and fuse video and
non-video events and alerts, resulting in automatic video delivery to subscribers of
interest. Optional Ocularis add-on modules, and third-party applications, enable you
to extend the functionality of your Ocularis solution.
The Ocularis platform is bundled with an array of video client software - the Ocularis
Client, for desktop monitoring environments, the browser-based Ocularis Web Client
and the NetPDA and NetCell handheld clients, free for unlimited users. The Ocularis
Client represents a new level of human engineering. Its touch screen-enabled,
map-based interface allows instant access to cameras and camera groups that are
sent to any video client or video wall display across the organization by a simple
drag-and-drop. Powerful investigation tools, including the revolutionary Time Slicer
and Motion Slicer, enable accessing video of an incident, thorough investigation,
bookmarking and export of evidence, all within seconds.
