The IFS Fully Managed Industrial Ethernet Series is bu
ilt for the harsh networking
environments in industrial settings. Capable of operating in a wide temperature range
of -40°C to +75°C. Each switch has 10/100 RJ45 ports plus Gigabit Ethernet
combo ports for uplinks and redundancy. This fully managed switch series offers
redundant technology for the quickest network recovery of 20 milliseconds. Built-in
Web services that are user friendly and browser based to offer real-time
programming, status monitoring, and network management. This Layer 2+ switch is
a great choice for networking applications in telecom rooms, ITS, railside and
manufacturing facilities.

IFS offers a full line of media converters to support
IP technologies beyond the
100 meter standards of networking. For cabling efficiency out in the field to the head
end, use port combiners. This product series of port combiners is built for wide
temperature ranges, EMI immunity, and resistance to electrical surges. For distances
beyond 100 meters use models with fiber port conversion. Multimode and
single-mode ports are available, needing two fibers per port.
