The SNC-B5399 is an IP-enabled vandal- and weather-res
istant network camera
equipped with a 1/3 in. Super HAD progressive scan CCD. H.264 compression
significantly lowers the required network bandwidth and storage costs. Simultaneous
dual streaming supports H.264/MPEG-4 and MJPEG compression. The
SNC-B5399 has a true day/night feature implemented with an IR-cut filter to enable
24 hour surveillance in low-light conditions. WDR preserves the image detail from
both bright and dark portions of the scene, while XDR allows the surveillance of
darker and strong backlit areas. A DNR function places the camera ahead of the
competition by reaching over 52 dB S/N ratio. With the built-in heater and fan, the
SNC-B5399 is capable of working in extreme weather conditions. Power over Ethernet
reduces the installation time and costs. The camera is compatible with the autoIP
open VMS platform.
