MwiCadence 0, 1, or 2 Selects the operating mode of the
illuminated Messages function key.
0 = On if unread messages, off if none
1 = Flash at a 1 cycle/second rate if there
are unread messages and off if none
2 = Flash 500 ms off and 500 ms on for
each unread message. Multiple mailbox
states are separated by 2 seconds off. If
no unread messages, then the LED is off.

Y = the server number and may be 1 or 2.
