ber corresponding to the desired option; then press
Enter
. The selected
option will not take effect until exiting the VT 100 interface (
Ctrl+X
).
AT Commands
Configuring the Express for
AT commands
enables in-band dialing
over the DTE interface using asynchronous AT commands.
AT com-
mands
can be used to set up the Express as well as establish and end
a call.
V.25 bis
Configuring the Express for
V.25 bis
enables in-band dialing over the
DTE interface using asynchronous or synchronous V.25 bis com-
mands.
V.25 bis
can be used to establish and end a call.

VT 100 TERMINAL DIALING OPTIONS
After starting the terminal emulation package, type
AT ! V
and press
En-
ter
. Enter the Express Dial menu by pressing
Ctl + D
.
Hang up line
Terminates current call.
Dial number
Allows a number to be entered and dialed. Pressing
Enter
after enter-
ing a number causes the Express to dial the number and save the di-
aled number in storage location 9 for redialing purposes.
