Registering your product helps ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please

ADTRAN will
repair and return this product within five years from the date of shipment
if the product does not meet its published specification, or if it fails while in service.
A return material authorization (RMA) is required prior to returning equipment to
ADTRAN. For service, RMA requests, training, or more information, see the toll-free
