Problem
Data or readings received at customer input devi ce from
XIO 4-20 mA output are not acc urate or were
unexpected.
Possible
Causes
Wiring from XIO output to external 4-20 mA input devic e
may not be properly connected. (Note: The XIO
provides loop power to both 4-20 mA outputs ).
XIO Device may not have been properly confi gured
through Qstart.
Analog m odul e in XIO may not have been setup
properly or may be defective.
Possible
Solutions
Verify wiring between XIO output and t he external input
device has been properl y c onnected.
Verify that the correct entity has been sel ec ted and that
the scal e has been set properly in Qstart. If necessary,
adjust t he configuration and reac tivate the m oni tor.
