ensure the monitor uplo ads a subset of the entity data that does
not include the diagnostic sensor entity data to the site.
 Interval Select the rate at which you want the monitor to
upload data to the selected destination. Determine the
appropriate interval based on the sample rate for the monitor
and the number of entities for which the monitor records data.
A faster sample rate and/or a greater number of entities may
require a more fr equent interval for data delivery.
Note: The remaining p ar ameters apply only when
uploading data to an FTP site and do not apply to ADS
hosted databases.
 Site Enter the address of the FTP site to which you want the
monitor to send the data.
 Folder Enter the name o f the folder at the FTP site to which
you want the monitor to uploa d the data.
Note: Qstart does not cr e a te this folde r automatically.
Therefore, you must create this folder at the FTP site
manually before the monitor can begin uploading data to
the site.
 Username Ent er the use rname through which the monitor
can access the FTP site.
 Password Enter t he passwor d thro ugh which the monitor can
access the FTP site.
