Troubleshooting Tips
Install compatible APPS and follow the instructions to sync with Pixel
1. What kind of iPad model do customer use, does customer touch device have a screen
protector? The thicker glass protector will reduce the connection.
2. Does user tighten their stylus pen nib?
3. Is your black pen tip broken and exposed to metallic color?
4. Please follow the steps below to check the Bluetooth settings.
Steps to do:
(1) Please check your Bluetooth function has device setting.
(2) Below is an example, there are 4 devices’ setting, so your stylus pen doesn’t get
Bluetooth function.

(3) Please tap one of Bluetooth device setting and then tap “Forgot this device” until all
Bluetooth device setting empty.
(4) Please turn off (Power Off) your iPad/iPhone and then turn it on
(Power on).
(5) Please use your stylus pen connects with your iPad/iPhone via Apps.
