Table in Layout view (above) and in Galley view (below)
To create a table
1 Choose View > Layout View.
2 Using the Type too , place the insertion point in the location you want the table to appear.
3 Choose Table > Insert Table.
4 Specify the numbers of rows and columns.
5 If your table will span more than one column or frame, specify the number of header or footer rows in which you
want the information to be repeated.
6 Click OK.
When youcreateatable, thenew tablefills thewidth of thecontainer text frame. Atable is inserted on thesameline
when the insertion point is at the beginning of the line, or on the next line when the insertion point is in the middle
of the line.
