Adjusting cell column width
In the Graph Data dialog box, the
default cell column width is seven dig-
its. The actual width varies according to
the selected typeface. You can change
the default column width by dragging
the column boundary to make one col-
umn wider or narrower, or by entering a
new value in the Cell Style dialog box.
To adjust a cell’s column width
manually:

In the Graph Data dialog box, posi-
tion the pointer at the top of the column
you want to adjust. The pointer changes
to a double arrow.
2 Drag the handle to the desired
position.
