To specify leading before a paragraph:
1
Choose one of two options:
• To apply leading to a single paragraph
in text, click the type tool anywhere in
the paragraph.
• To apply leading to all paragraphs in
a type container, use the selection tool
to select the entire type container.
2 Choose Type > Paragraph.
3 Enter a value in the Leading Before
Paragraph text box.
4 Press the Enter key or Tab key.
