Modifying custom colors
You can use the Paint Style palette to
modify the tint of a custom color,
whereas you use the Custom Color
dialog box to modify all other attributes
of a custom color. When you modify a
custom color, the new color replaces all
objects painted with the custom color’s
former definition.
