• Enter Tile Spacing values to determine
the distance in points between each tile
in the mosaic.
• Enter Number of Tiles values to deter-
mine the number of tiles horizontally
and vertically in the mosaic.
• Select the Lock Width option and click
Use Ratio if you’ve changed the width
for the mosaic and want to preserve the
height-to-width ratio of the original
bitmap image. This action calculates the
appropriate number of tiles to use for
the height of the mosaic, based on the
number of tiles for the width.
• Select the Lock Height option and
click Use Ratio if you’ve changed the
height for the mosaic and want to
preserve the height-to-width ratio of
the original bitmap image. This action
calculates the appropriate number of
tiles to use for the mosaic’s width, based
on the number of tiles for the height.
• Select the Color option or Grayscale
option to place the image as either a
color or grayscale image.
4 Click OK.
