Installed resources

During software installation, a number of plug-ins and presets are added to the application folder. Plug-ins provide

effects for audio processing and VST instruments for MIDI sequencing. Presets include a collection of effect settings

optimized for specific sonic results. If you don’t want to create an effect from scratch, start with presets for inspi-

ration.

Content on CD and DVD

On the installation disc, the Documentation folder contains a PDF version of Help, technical information, and other

documents such as reference guides and specialized feature information.

In addition to the installation disc, Adobe Audition® includes the Loopology DVD. This disc provides thousands of

royalty-free loops, plus ready-made music beds and professional sample sessions.
