3.7 Cooling Considerations
The hot components of MXC-2002/2011/2002D/2011D controller
(such as CPU, north bridge and south bridge) are all placed on the
left side of system. These components are directly contacted to
the aluminum heat sink via thermal pads. Heat generated by com-
ponents is majorly dissipated though heat sink. To have better effi-
ciency of heat dissipation, please keep a minimal 2 inches (5 cm)
clearance off the heat sink side of the MXC-2002/2011/2002D/
2011D controller.
