cardNo: the card number of 6208 series card initialized. The first card (in
the most prior PCI slot) is with cardNo = 0.
ctrl: the voltage-to-current mode, the valid modes are shown in the
above table. The constants are defined in Pci_6208.h (DOS) and
Acl_pci.h (Windows 95).
