2.8 CN3 Pin Assignments: Manual Pulser Input
The signals on CN3 is for manual pulser input.

Note: +5V and GND pins are directly given by the PCI-Bus power.
Therefore, these signals are not isolated.

The signals on CN3 is for simultaneously start/stop signals for multiple axes
and multiple cards.
