01 : channel 0 is ON , channel 1 is OFF
02 : channel 0 is OFF, channel 1 is ON
03 : channel 0 is ON , channel 1 is ON

(DigitalI) Digital input channel, port status.
00 : channel is LOW.
01 : channel is HIGH.
