This chapter describes how to install and use the ACLD-9182A.
2.1 Introduction
The ACLD-9182A is a 16-channel opto-isolated digital input board, which
can be connected by any ACL or PCI series digital input board with D/I
channels of 20-pin flat ribbon connectors. It is a good solution for
preventing floating potential and ground loop problems.
Each input channel has a red LED to indicate the ON/OFF status. If the
input voltage is high, the LED will be on otherwise the LED is off. AC or
DC input is selectable by setting the jumpers. And you do not need to
care the polarity.
