3.4 HDD Installation on Main Board – for cPCI-6840V
A slim-type 2.5-inch HDD can be mounted to the cPCI-6840V
main board. If a HDD is pre-installed when the cPCI-6840V is
received, this section may be skipped.
1. Screw the HDD on the HDD bracket and attach 44-pin
IDE cable.
2. Install the assembly on to the board; tighten the three
screws from the bottom side of the main board to secure
the HDD in place.
3. Attach the other end of the 44-pin IDE cable to CN6 on
board.
Please follow the illustration shown below to install your 2.5” Hard
Disk.
