2.2 Signal words and symbols used in safety
instructions
The safety instruction text is surrounded by colored bars.
Signal words specify the severity of a danger:
• Danger: Death or serious injury will occur.
• Warning: Death or serious injury is possible.
• Caution: Moderate to minor injuries are possible.
• Attention:Material damage is possible.
In the case of dangers to personnel, the following symbols indicate
the type of hazard:
General danger
Danger due to sharp objects
Danger due to electric shock
Danger due to crushing
