The meaning of the special characters displayed on the
Operator Panel are as follows:
> When this character precedes the option, the option is
available for selection. Pressing the button
selects the option. Pressing the button presents
informative text about the option. Pressing the or
button selects between the respective previous or
next option.
... When these characters follow the option, additional
options or status displays are presented after the
selected option.
When this character follows the option, additional
menus are available under the selected option.
< When this character follows the option, scroll
predefined values with the and buttons for
the selected option.
^ When this character appears below that option, scroll
predefined values with the and buttons for
the selected option.
