« Fast Channel » quick settings
Principle:
WhenseveralVokkerosystemsareusedonthesamesiteandusedifferentchannels,itis
possibletousetheFast Channelfunctiontoshiftfromonechanneltothenext.Thisfunc-
tionisusefulbecauseitoffersateamsmanagertheopportunitytoshiftfromoneteamto
another(eachoneusesoneofthechannels/tablesavailable,withoutthecommunicationlink
establishedbeingaudibletotheothers).
NB:Ifterminal01changeschannels,theotherboxeswhichremainedonthepreviouschan-
nelwillnolongerbeabletocommunicate.ThereforewestronglyrecommendthatyouNOT
assignrole01toaterminalthathastochangechannelsfrequently.
• Procedure:

• AccesstheOptionsmenu.Press“Ok”.
• AccesstheFast mode.Press“OK”tovalidateyourchoice.
• IntheFast mode menu,selectFast Channelbyusing“+”or“-”.
• Press“OK”tovalidateyourchoice.
• Press“Menu”toreturntothehomescreen
Using the Fast Channel mode
TheFast Channelisusedviathe“+”or“-”keysonthekeypad.
• Brieypressing(forlessthanonesecond)the“+”or“-”keyenablesaccesstothechan-
nelselection.
• SelectchannelUS1,US2,US3,US4orUS5usingthe“+”or“-”keysandpress“OK”to
validateyourchoice.
Note:TostoptheFast Channelmode,returntothededicatedsub-menuandselectnone
(cf.the“procedure”partabove).
ItisonlypossibletoactivateoneFast modeatatime.ThereforetheFast Channelmode
canonlybeactivatedatthesametimeastheFast volumemode.
Adjusting the “Fast volume” setting
Principle:
Innormalmode,thevolumesettingisaccessedbyunlockingthekeypadandthenpressing
eitheroneofthe“+”or“-”keysfor2seconds.
The“Fast volume” functionmakesitpossibletodoawaywiththeseoperations,thereby
enablingimmediateaccesstothevolumesetting.
Procedure:
• AccesstheOptionsmenu.Press“OK”.
• AccessFast mode.Press“OK”tovalidateyourchoice.
• IntheFast modemenu,selectFast Volumebyusing“+”or“-”.
• Press“OK”tovalidateyourchoice.
• Press“Menu”toreturntothehomescreen.
Note:TostoptheFast Volumemode,returntothededicatedsub-menuandselectnone(cf.
the“procedure”sectionabove).
ItisonlypossibletoactivateasingleFast modeatatime.Therefore,theFast Volume
modecanonlybeactivatedatthesametimeastheFast Channelmode.
