Installation Procedure
1.
Disassemble the cable seal assembly into separate pieces by removing all screws.
2.
Install the cable seal housing on the back of the robot using four M4x50 screws, four M4
lock washers, and four M4 flat washers. Note that the centered M6 threaded hole must
be at the top. See the following figure.

3.
Attach all system cables to the robot. See System Cable Diagram on page 23.
4.
Install the lower cable seal flange onto the housing. The lower flange fits into the groove
at the bottom of the housing.
a.
Tilt the flange away from the robot as you install it—see the following figure.
b.
Then pull up on the flange and push it toward the robot.
