5.19.5 Configuring the keyboard
During keyboard configuration, the submenu should have the following settings :

(*) It is possible to connect more than one keyboard to each multiplexer, the keyboard identification number is
irrelevant. More than one multiplexer can be controlled by the same keyboard, as long as they are identified by
different unit numbers.
(**) The presence of more than one keyboard connected to the switcher means it is necessary to define different
identification numbers for each keyboard.
The connection is of the RS485 type (one-way) and the maximum distance between keyboard and multiplexer
is therefore 1200 metres.
5.19.6 Operational test
Select multiplexer 1 and switch the various cameras.
5.19.7 Dedicated functions
As well as the normal input video selection procedure, the multiplexer is provided with numerous other
functions that are shown in the MAIN menu with the same graphics format as the keys on the local keypad.
