5.4 Video Matrixes VKR-16/4 and VKR-32/8 ENEO
5.4.1 Description
The VKR-16/4 and VKR-32/8 matrixes are products for professional use in security and surveillance
applications, dedicated to the management of video signals.
The VKR-16/4 and VKR-32/8 matrixes have switching functions, alarm management and on screen menu
programming and are also provided with an auxiliary line that can be used for telemetry control and a line for
VCR control. See the matrix manual for further information about this.
5.4.2 Connection

In the matrix set the communication protocol for port 3 (RS232 PC) as follows:
baudrate 9600, parity: none, protocol: PC, number of characters: 8. It is only possible to set up the matrix
using keyboards of the type VKR-KB1 or VKR-KB2 ENEO..

While configuring the keyboard, the COMMUNICATIONS / VIDEO submenu (see ยง 4.2.3.1 - Video,
