2 DESCRIPTION OF THE KEYBOARD
2.1 Features
The keyboard is a product for professional use in security and surveillance sector applications.
In a security system the keyboard is used to control video switching, to manage possible alarm events and for
remote control of digitally controlled receivers.
2.1.1 Keyboard
Backlit LCD, 320x240 pixel, provided with Touch Screen
Easy to use: the most frequent operations are carried out by pressing a single key
Telemetry control using the 3-axis joystick (PAN/TILT/ZOOM)
Integrated GRAPH environment with the opportunity to customise images and keys

Control of a vast range of high speed domes and receivers
Acceptance/disabling of output and input can be controlled by each keyboard

2.1.3 Security
Communication failure and alarm buzzers
3 password levels, configurable individually in each keyboard:
1. password at starting: required when the keyboard is switched on, to prevent use by unauthorised
personnel
2. alarm reset password : required for resetting an alarm event from the keyboard
3. setup password: required when a setup is needed (for both the keyboard and the matrix)
Each password consists of a series of 5 digits and can be disabled by setting it to 00000.
