Industry Canada Statement:

This device complies with Radio standard specification RSS -170 issue 1, Revision 1:1999

and RSS-GEN issue 3:2010 , RSS 210 issue 8:2010 of Industry Canada Rules. Operation is

subject to the following two conditions:

1. This device may not cause harmful interference, and

2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause

undesired operation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Radiation Exposure Statement

This equipment complies with IC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled

environment. This antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation

distance of at least 100cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in

conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.

relates, is in conformity with the following standards and/or other normative documents:

ETSI EN 301 444, ETSI EN 301 328, ETSI EN 301 489-1,-17, -19 &- 20, ITU-R M.1480,

IEC 60950-1 and EN 60950-1,

We hereby declare that all essential radio test suite have been carried out and that the above

named product is in conformity to all the essential requirements of Directive 1999/5/EC.

The Conformity Assessment procedure referred to Article 10 and detailed in Annex [III] or [IV]

of Directive 1999/5/EC has been followed with involvement of the following notified body

(ies):
