Following example shows command setting so that SETUP message does

When a call is established by no tunneling configuration, startH245 procedure
for TCP connection used in H.245 is enabled by this command.
To enable this feature, use force-h245address-at-setup command. To disable
this feature, use no force-h245address-at-setup command. Default setting
value is enable mode.
