Disassembling the lower case
1. Remove the four screws as shown below.
2. Lift out the CPU heat sink.
3. Disconnect the DC-DC converter from the system board.
4. Remove the two screws on the PCMCIA heat sink
5. Slide the PCMCIA heat sink backwards.
6. Remove the hard disk bracket.
