Table 21-1 Cable Modem Subscriber Management Summary Window Parameters:
Parameter Description
MAC Address MAC address of the cable modem.
IP Address IP address of the attached cable modem.
MAX IPs Number of simultaneous CPE IP addresses you can attach to
the cable modem. If this parameter is set to zero, the cable
modem drops all CPE traffic. This value is invalid if the Active
parameter is set to False. Allowable range is 0 to 16.
Active Indicates the status of subscriber management. The options
are:
True CMTS based CPE control is active and all actions required by
the various filter tables and controls apply at the CMTS.
False No subscriber filtering is applied at the CMTS. This is the
default.
