Enables and disables the HTTP server on the Cuda 12000.

Starting http server ...
Starting httpd: [ OK ]
enable Enables the HTTP server.
disable Disables the HTTP server. If you disable the HTTP server, you cannot
use a Web browser to manage the Cuda 12000 IP Access Switch.
