UPDATING THE CAMPUS-REX FIRMWARE
Before you can upgrade a Campus-RS unit, you must first download the
firmware file(s) to your computer. These files are available on the ADC Web
site, www.adc.com.
1 From the Main Menu, type then press . The Diagnostics menu
displays.
2 Type and press to select Download Mode.
3 Type and press to confirm the selection.
The console freezes and the Test LED on the line unit or desktop unit
front panel illuminates, indicating that the Campus-RS unit is in
Download Mode.
4 Close the terminal emulation program you are using for the ASCII
terminal.
5 Start the Download Utility (DNL32.exe).
