Analog Common Voltage Generator is used to provide a voltage at the halt of AGND as 1/2 VDDA

Control register is ENAGND and the output is AGND. Please see Figure 4-5.

Operation:
1. Operate following the steps Chapter 4.1 to get the VGG (2 times VDD or external Power Supply).
2. Operate as Section 4.2 to get the VDDA (3.6V)
3. Operate as Section 4.3 to activate the Analog Bias Circuit
4. Set the ENAGND register flag.
5. The output, AGND, will be 1/2 VDDA

When VDDA is 3.6V, AGND would be 1.8V
