LCD operation
1. Connect the 20 segment ports and 4 common ports to LCD panel.
2. Setup LEVEL register flag to decide the LCD driver power system. (0 = 1/3 bias, 1 = 1/2 bias)
3. Set ENPMPL to enable the LCD charge pump.
4. Setup M0_CK,M1_CK,M3_CK and M5_CK to decide the LCD input clock frequency.(Refer to Section
5.7)
