Incredibly Rugged Movement
The heart of all ADC palm
and multicuff BP systems
is our re-designed 804
series manometer. Its
precision crafted, Japanese
engineered movement
has been tested to a
whopping 50,000 cycles –
more than 5 times the
requirements under ANSI SP10. Machined from copper berri-
lyum, gears and diaphragms are pre-aged to ensure stability, even
under the toughest environments. Accuracy of EACH gauge is
tested not once, not twice but three times; then tested again in
our own facility prior to final assembly.
Virtually Indestructible Housing
To help isolate from vibration that often
disables lesser built instruments, the new 804’s
movement is housed in a zinc cage suspended
within an impact resistant ABS polymer shell
that acts as a shock absorber. We know your
manometer will go through a lot so we’ve
engineered it to withstand whatever abuse
you dish out.
Versatile Trigger Valve
Most palm style sphygs utilize a traditional thumb
screw valve that is often difficult to control. Our
804 manometer features a two position trigger air
release valve. Infinite control is afforded in
deflation mode. When locked in the
open position, the valve provides rapid
exhaust. And because it’s centrally
position BEHIND the manometer
(rather than to one side), it allows for
ambidextrous use.
Unsurpassed Ergonomics
From the manometers new shape which allows it
to sit more comfortably in the hand, to the
trigger valve, the gauge is designed to fit you
rather than the other way around. We even
provide a luminescent dial for convenient
use in low lighting conditions.
Rapid Connectivity
A key to our multicuff systems is the ability to swap
out one size cuff for another, quickly. Our luer slip
connector allows rapid, but SECURE connection to the
appropriate cuff – particularly critical in
the ambulance or ER where seconds
count. And the connector is backwards
compatible to our previous generation
gauge making transition to the
new 804 seamless.
A Cuff for Every Limb
The proprietary ADCUFF™ is offered in 6 clinical sizes from
Newborn to Thigh to accommodate limbs from 3.94” to
25.79”. The proprietary Size Guide™ marking system indicates
bladder midpoint on both the inside and
outside of the cuff to ensure proper
positioning, preventing mis-cuffing. The
Adcuff
TM
also features a unique “Property
of” tag to facilitate stock control. Adult
cuffs are available in a wide range of
fashion colors. Other sizes available in
up to 3 colors.
A Case for Every Need
With four different storage/carry cases -
from traditional zipper bags designed to
hold a single cuff, to attache-style,
compartmentalized cases that can hold
up to five cuff sizes - we have the right
case for virtually every application. Our
4 compartment plexiglass storage tray
can even be wall mounted to hold
4 inflation systems.
Latex Free Options
The growing concern over latex sensitivity is addressed with our
line of latex-free components. ADC’s latex-free accessories are
manufactured from chlorprene rubber
whose performance and characteristics
are similar to natural latex. Inflation
bladders are available in infant, child,
adult, large adult, and thigh sizes to
allow for a number of latex-free
system expansion options. The
distinctive terracotta coloration
quickly identifies the product as
latex-free.
Comprehensive Warranties
DIAGNOSTIX™ palm aneroids and multi-
cuff instruments are covered by a triple
warranty - one year on all manometer
parts, 2 years on all inflation system
components and lifetime on calibration.
