NOTE: InMIMO mode,thefrequenciesarethesame.Thesystemcanbeconfiguredtosupport2‐SISO
radios,oneperband,acrossany30MHzwithintheWiMAXband.
• Usethepull‐downtoselecttheSwitchingMode.Thisindicateswhetherornotthe
downlink‐to‐uplinkframedurationisknown.Thetwooptionsareasfollows:
– Stat
ic‐Selected:Thismodespecifiesthenumberofsymbols.Usethepull‐downto
selectthesymbolinthedownlinkanduplinkportionsoftheframe.(Thedefaultis
“29,18”.)Inthismode,thesystemalwaysswitchesfromthedownlinktotheuplink
pathafterthedownlinkportionoftheframehaselapsed.
– Stat
ic‐Auto:Thismodecausesthesystemtoattempttodeterminethecorrect
switchingtime,thenenforceit.(Thedefaultis“Static‐Auto”)
• SelecttheBandSynchronizationModewiththep
ull‐down.Thisparametercanbe
configuredtooperateasoneofthefollowing:
– Synchronized:ThismodeisforcaseslikeMI
MO,wherethetimingforbothbandsis
thesame.Inthismode,thesystemalwaysswitchesbetweenuplinkanddownlink
simultaneouslyforbothbands.
– Unsynchronized:
Inthismode,thetwoWiMAXbandsswitchindependentlyfrom
eachother.(Thedefaultis“Unsynchronized”)

:SelectwhichWiMAXradiobandwillbeusedforframereference.
• Wh
enanybandisnotconfigured,usetheShutdowncheckbox.Thesystemignoresany
alarmsgeneratedfromtheshutdownbands.
