Secure
the
mounting
brackets
to
the
rack
using
the
four
machine
screws
provided
(use
#12-24
screws
or
M6
x
10
screws,
whichever
is
appropriate).
Note:
Provide
a
minimum
of
3
inches
(76
mm)
of
clearance
space
on
both
the
left
and
right
sides
of
the
DHU
for
air
intake
and
exhaust.
4.4.2 Wall-Mount Installation
The
DHU
may
be
mounted
from
any
flat
vertical
surface.
It
is
recommended
that
a
backer
board
such
as
3/4-inch
plywood
be
applied
over
the
mounting
surface
to
provide
a
secure
base
for
attaching
the
DHU.
Two
mounting
holes
are
provided
in
the
cable
management
tray
for
securing
the
DHU
to
the
mounting
surface.
The
fasteners
must
be
provided
by
the
installer.
Use
the
following
procedure
to
wall-mount
the
DHU:
Warning:
Wet
conditions
increase
the
potential
for
receiving
an
electrical
shock
when
installing
or
using
electrically-powered
equipment.
To
prevent
electrical
shock,
never
install
or
use
electrical
equipment
in
a
wet
location
or
during
a
lightning
storm.
1.
Obtain
the
appropriate
fasteners
(lag
bolts,
screw
anchors,
etc.)
for
securing
the
DHU
to
the
mounting
surface.
2.
Position
the
DHU
on
the
mounting
surface
in
the
specified
location
(per
the
system
design)
with
the
front
panel
facing
up
as
shown
in
Figure
15.
Note:
Provide
a

the
