2-1.2 Electrical Requirements
The BTS is specified to operate on either AC or DC power. Requirements for the BTS are dependent on
the number of TRX cards supported.
Power Options
Main power supply options for the BTS are:
• 110 VAC, 50-60 Hz
• 220 VAC, 50-60 Hz
• -48 VDC
Table 2-2 shows the typical current requirements for the BTS AC power mains.
