4. Enter Case Details.
5. Apply.
The Case List will launch, displaying the new case.
Export and/or Download a Case
1. To export a case, check its box in the Case List.
2. Pull down the Actions menu and select Export Selected Cases.
3. Confirm or cancel the export.
The list of exported files will launch.
