You can use a USB memory stick to
back up the Pathfinder memory to a
computer.
Accessories:
Internal rechargeable battery and
charger provided.
Battery life is approximately 10 hours.
Power:
Infrared Environmental Controls - use
the Pathfinder to operate appliances
such as your TV and VCR. The
Pathfinder is a learning remote control,
meaning it can copy the remote control
signal from any remote control you
own.
Computer Access - the Pathfinder
comes with cables that connect it to
a Windows or Macintosh
computer. When connected correctly
using a free software programme such
as AACKeys or Serial Keys, the
Pathfinder will act like a computer
keyboard and mouse. You can also
programme special shortcut keys such
as website addresses.
There is an optional Infrared Receiver if
you prefer to connect to
the computer without using
cables. NovitaTech are currently
investigating other wireless
options. Please watch our website for
updates.
Each key on the 128 location keyboard

SpreadCE: A spreadsheet programme
that is compatible with Excel, allowing
you to keep track of financial
information.

Word Pad: A word-processing
programme based on Microsoft
Word. You can transfer Word Pad
documents from the Pathfinder to your
main computer and open them in
Microsoft Word.
Pocket On-Schedule Time Manager
Program - A calendar programme for
keeping track of appointments and
contacts. This can synchronise with
your records in Microsoft Outlook.

PDF Viewer - Lets you read Adobe
PDF documents on your Pathfinder
screen. You can transfer PDF
documents from your computer to the
Pathfinder. When they are transferred,
the "Active Sync filter" adapts them for
viewing on a smaller screen.
Windows Media Player - Play MP3,
WAV and MOV files on your
Pathfinder.

Pocket MBA Calculator - An advanced
calculator with business functions.
Image Viewer Software - For viewing
GIF, JPEG and other common picture
formats.

Add the Pathfinder Productivity Bundle
to any Pathfinder Plus.
The applications in the Pathfinder
Productivity Bundle use the
WindowsCE operating system. This is
a simplified version of the Windows
operating systems used on a desktop
or laptop computer and is specially
designed for use with small, mobile
computers. You can not load
programmes for WindowsXP, ME, NT
or similar onto a WindowsCE device;
you have to use programmes that are
designed specifically for
WindowsCE. However, you can share
information between a WindowsCE
computer and your desktop computer
using Microsoft Active Sync.
System:
Use your Pathfinder to access these
WindowsCE functions. 
The computer programmes appear on
the Pathfinder's own screen. This
means that individuals using direct,
scanning or headpointer access have
full keyboard and mouse control of
computer functions built in to their
Pathfinder. You can even use your
Minspeak icon sequences to type into
the WindowsCE programmes.
Access:
Windows Pocket Paint Programme - A
simple to use drawing programme with
basic drawing, colouring and editing
tools. Images are in BMP format only.
The computer programmes appear on
the Pathfinder's own screen. This
means that individuals using direct,
scanning or headpointer access have
full keyboard and mouse control of
computer functions built in to their
Pathfinder. You can even use your
