Use
Fits BMW, Mini and Rover 75 from date built 2001 with OBD-2 diagnostic connection.
The service reset device is connected to the OBD-2 diagnostic connector.
(In the vehicle interior, usually below the dashboard on the left)
1.Connect the device to the OBD-2 connector of your vehicle
2.All the LEDs flash first and then light up constantly
3.Turn the ignition key (do not start the engine!)
4.Press the button for the desired function
5.All the LEDs light up to show the successful reset

Please note:
For some combination instruments, the oil service must be reset before an inspection
reset.
