Adjust the frequency sampling rate of horizontal pixels for VGA, to equal the video source’s
value, thus minimizing artifacts of shimmering vertical lines.
Phase
Adjust ADC sampling clock phase for VGA, so that the screen image appear crisp and
focused.
* Display settings are not available for Digital sources.
